For Valentine’s Day, whip up this amazing dessert for you and your sweetie, and then split the third serving! Betcha never thought chips could be romantic…
(Makes 3 parfaits)
½ cup finely crushed Dippin’ Chips (recipe used Original Corn and Sea Salt)
1-cup fresh raspberries
1-cup fresh black berries
1-cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp heavy cream
3 ounces cream cheese
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1. Place raspberries and black berries in medium mixing bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of raw honey, gently toss together. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Add the chip crumbs to the serving glasses of choice, shaking the glasses lightly to level out the chip crumbs on the bottoms. Set aside.
3. Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat together with a whisk until smooth.
4. Place a layer of yogurt over chip crumbs in each glass, followed by a layer of raspberries and black berries, then yogurt again. Top each parfait with remaining chip crumbs and a fresh raspberry and black berry. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
