Here’s a great way to incorporate your favorite chips in your weekly meal prep!
(Makes 4 servings)
½ lb. black forest ham (from the deli department at your local grocer), thinly sliced
½ lb. sun dried tomato turkey breast (from the deli department at your local grocer), thinly sliced
½ lb. Muenster cheese (from the deli department at your local grocer), thinly sliced
½-cup fresh strawberries, washed thoroughly, remove stem
½-cup cut and peeled carrots, washed thoroughly
1 tbsp of mustard
1 Hass avocado, thinly sliced
1 organic tomato, washed thoroughly, thinly sliced
1 ½- cups purple seedless grapes, washed thoroughly
4 red leaf lettuce strips, washed thoroughly
4 slices of organic seeds sliced bread
4 mini storage boxes (plastic)
4 one-cup servings of your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor (recipe used Super Grains and Blue Corn)
12 sweet golden tomatoes, washed thoroughly
1. Choose bread (recipe used organic seeds bread).
2. Choose condiments (recipe used mayonnaise and mustard).
3. Choose fillings (recipe used red leaf lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, black forest ham, sun dried tomato turkey breast, and Muenster cheese.
4. Slice sandwich in half.
5. Place half a sandwich, a handful of Dippin’ chips, grapes, carrots, strawberries, and sweet golden tomatoes inside mini storage box. Repeat process. Cover with lid and enjoy on the go!
