Here’s the perfect salad for the season, just in time for the flowers to bloom!
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 small purple onion, sliced
1 ½-cups gorgonzola (Italian Blue Cheese), crumbled
2-cups sugar plum grape tomatoes, rinsed, and drained
2-cups cauliflower, rinsed, drained, and sliced
2-cups purple cabbage, rinsed, drained, and chopped
2-cups crumbled pieces of your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor (recipe used Sea Salt)
5 0z. package organic baby red butter lettuce (prewashed)
8 oz. baby bella sliced mushroom, rinsed, and drained
12 oz. pomegranate vinaigrette dressing (store bought)
1. In a large salad bowl toss in lettuce, cabbage, onions, cauliflower, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Combine and mix well.
2. Sprinkle on ground black pepper and gorgonzola cheese.
3. Served salad onto individual salad bowl(s). Top with your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor crumbs, and lightly drizzle pomegranate vinaigrette over salad. Enjoy!
