Here’s a quick and easy Springtime recipe that can be made in just 5 minutes!

(Makes 8-10 servings)


¼ cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted
½ cup sesame seed oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1-3 oz. bag of julienne cut smoked sundried tomatoes
15 oz. can shoe string beets, rinsed, and drained
15 oz. can green lima beans, rinsed, and drained
15.5 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas), rinsed, and drained
15.5 oz. can kidney red bean, rinsed, and drained
15.25 oz. can black beans, rinsed, and drained
2 bags of your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor (recipe used Fiesta Bean)


1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large serving bowl and mix well. If desired adjust seasoning flavors to your liking.
2. Serve immediately and dip with your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor. Cover and refrigerate remaining salad servings. Enjoy!
