Just one dip and you’ll be hooked!
24 oz. sour cream sour cream
2-cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2-cups Persian cucumbers, diced
2 bags of your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor (recipe used Super Grains)
1-½ cups turkey bacon bits
1-cup scallions, sliced
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp ranch mix
2 tbsp minced onion, dried
2 tbsp parsley, dried
2 tsp dill weed, dried
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1. Combine the sour cream, cheese, cucumbers, turkey bacon bits, scallions, and yogurt together in a medium-large mixing bowl and lightly mix.
2. Add ranch dip mix, minced onion, parsley, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
3. Top with scallions, cucumber, and extra turkey bacon bits. Serve with your favorite Dippin’ Chips flavor. Enjoy!
